SR 60 from CR 630 to east of the Kissimmee River Bridge
Project Development & Environment Study
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District One began a Project Development and Environment (PD&E) study in February 2015 to evaluate alternatives to widen State Road (SR) 60 from two to four lanes between County Road (CR) 630 in Polk County to east of the Kissimmee River Bridge in Osceola County. This project also includes constructing a parallel bridge at the Kissimmee River to accommodate the additional lanes.
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District One, held a Public Hearing on May 24, 2018, at Westgate River Ranch, Main Hall, 3200 River Ranch Boulevard, River Ranch, Florida, 33867 for the State Road (SR) 60 Project Development and Environment (PD&E) study from County Road (CR) 630 in Polk County to east of the Kissimmee River Bridge in Osceola County.
