The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District One began a Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study in May 2014 to determine the location and conceptual design of the Fort Fraser Trail Extension from State Road 540 (Winter Lake Road) to Combee Road for a distance of approximately one mile. This website contains information on the PD&E study process, the project schedule, public involvement opportunities and information on how to contact members of the study team.
