Labelle Drawbridge Repair/Flagging Operation Tonight in Hendry County

LABELLE, Fla. – The southbound lane of the Labelle drawbridge on US 29 crossing the Caloosahatchee River in Hendry County will be closed for repairs tonight from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Flaggers will be onsite to direct traffic. One lane across the bridge will remain open, but there may be extended wait times as flaggers alternate the flow of traffic. Please use caution in the area and plan an alternate route if necessary. Traffic patterns will return to normal after 6 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 12, 2024.
