This week crews will be working at the Kathleen Road Ramps.

• Expect westbound I-4 on-ramp closure at Kathleen Road (Exit 31) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday for removal of materials. Motorists wanting to enter I-4 westbound should continue northbound on Kathleen Road past the closed ramp. Turn east on Griffin Road to U.S. 98, head north on U.S. 98 and follow it to the I-4 westbound on-ramp at U.S. 98 (Exit 32)
• Use caution and add time to your schedule to reach your destination.

This week crews will continue drainage improvements at the Beverage Castle driveway and near Coral Way. The Beverage Castle driveway on Combee Road will be closed so crews can repair the pavement. Use the entrance on South Eastside Drive.

Lyle Parkway remains closed at U.S. 98 while City of Bartow crews relocate water lines. Motorists should follow the posted detour using Manor Drive, North Floral Avenue, Bearcreek Drive, and North Maple Drive.

There are no planned lane closures on U.S. 98 related to the resurfacing project.

Concrete crews will continue pouring curb and gutter and driveways along the east side of Lakeland Hills Boulevard.

• Gilmore Avenue remains closed from Parkview Place to Julius T. Horney Drive through late March. The closure is necessary as crews work to complete roadway work on Gilmore Avenue. Follow posted detour signs to navigate around the closure.
• Watch for side street closures along the east side of Lakeland Hills Boulevard as roadway crews work to grade and finish subgrade in preparation for paving the side streets. Any side street closures will utilize the adjacent side streets to route traffic east towards Gilmore Avenue to the respective closed street.
• Traffic will remain in one lane in each direction for most of the duration of construction. Use caution, be prepared to merge or stop, and plan for delays.
• The speed limit has been reduced to 35 mph during construction.

• Crews are working on sidewalks in Haines City east of the U.S. 27 interchange. Pedestrians are detoured around the work using channelizing devise on the shoulder of the road. Use caution and follow the posted detours.
