S.R. 35 (U.S. 17) from Tamiami Trail (U.S. 41) to Bermont Road: Construction project: The contractor is continuing to place the final friction course, starting at Bermont Road towards Marlympia.
- Motorists can expect to see thermoplastic operations take place during the nighttime/overnight hours along U.S. 17 (S.R. 35) in both eastbound and westbound directions.
- Motorists can expect to see construction vehicles working along the side of the highway.
- Motorists should use caution and expect to see trucks moving throughout the project.
- The above activities are subject to change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Expected completion is fall 2026.
