SR 31 at CR 74 (Bermont Road) Roundabout Construction: Construction project: These improvements will include constructing a roundabout, milling and resurfacing, upgrading drainage, installing new lighting, adding landscaping, signing, and pavement marking. Throughout construction, motorists should expect intermittent daytime and nighttime/overnight lane closures.

• Motorists should expect to see crews performing work during the
  nighttime/overnight hours of Sunday night, November 23, 2025. Crews will
  be removing barrier wall and prepping pavement markings for the upcoming
  Phase Three work.
• Motorists should expect to see crews performing work during the daytime
  hours, beginning Monday, November 24, through Wednesday, November 26,
  between the hours of 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Crews will be removing the
  existing SR-31 Roadway and finalizing work on the new ponds.
