SR 31 at CR 74 (Bermont Road) Roundabout Construction: Construction project: These improvements will include constructing a roundabout, milling and resurfacing, upgrading drainage, installing new lighting, adding landscaping, signing, and pavement marking. Throughout construction, motorists should expect intermittent daytime and nighttime/overnight lane closures.

• Motorists should expect to see crews performing work during the
  nighttime/overnight hours of Sunday night, November 23, 2025. Crews will
  be removing barrier wall and prepping pavement markings for the upcoming
  Phase Three work.
• Motorists should expect to see crews performing work during the daytime
  hours, beginning Monday, November 24, through Wednesday, November 26,
  between the hours of 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Crews will be removing the
  existing SR-31 Roadway and finalizing work on the new ponds.

U.S. 41 (Tamiami Trail) from William Street to Peace River Bridge: Construction Project: The contractor is working to install new signals and lighting along U.S.41 northbound.

• Motorists should expect nighttime/overnight lane closures on U.S. 41 northbound and southbound for crews to perform work on luminaries, curbing, and sidewalk.

SR 35 (US 17) from Tamiami Trail (US 41) to Bermont Road: Construction project - The contractor is continuing to mill and repave SR 35 (US 17) from the Florida Street Bridge to Bermont Road.

• Motorists should expect nighttime/overnight double-lane closures for paving operations.
• Motorists should expect daytime shoulder and single lane closures on S.R. 35 (U.S. 17) eastbound and westbound for curb installation, asphalt placement, and widening areas.
• Motorists should expect a left turn lane closure on eastbound S.R. 35 just east of Piper Road/Regent Road.
