FORT MYERS, Fla. – As part of the Sanibel Causeway Emergency Restoration, the contractor is scheduled to complete the final paving of the causeway which includes causeway islands and bridge approaches.  Beginning tonight, Wednesday, January 8, motorists should expect one lane of travel with a flagging operation during the overnight hours of 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.  This work is anticipated to occur during the nighttime/overnight hours through the end of January.
