LAKELAND, Fla. – The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) invites you to a public meeting for the County Line Road Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study from Amberjack Boulevard to Frontage Road South in Polk and Hillsborough Counties. This meeting is being held to provide the public with an additional opportunity to participate and comment to gain more feedback that is critical for our study.
This study will evaluate the separation of CSX A-Line railroad and County Line Road. This study includes traffic and pedestrian improvements along both County Line Road and US 92.
Proposed improvements are intended to enhance safety along County Line Road by separating the vehicle and pedestrian movements from the railroad crossing.
The public meeting is being conducted to present information about the preliminary alternatives and provides the opportunity for the public to express their views about the project. The information presented during either format will be the same and all attendees will have opportunity to comment.
