SARASOTA, Fla. – The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will have temporary east and westbound lane closures on Bee Ridge Road Friday, July 11, from  7 p.m. to 6 a.m. at the Legacy Trail Overpass. The lane closures are necessary as crews complete paving Bee Ridge Road under the new pedestrian/bicycle overpass.

Motorists may prefer to take an alternate route or allow for additional travel time. Please use caution in the area.
