POLK COUNTY, Fla. – Unexpected repairs have resulted in a double lane closure northbound on US 98 at the intersection of US 98 and Winter Lake Road. The left turn lane is still open and the right turn lane on to Winter Lake Road is still open.

Drivers should plan for potential delays, exercise caution while traveling through the area, or seek an alternate route.
