Upcoming Traffic Shift 

LEE COUNTY, Fla. – Beginning Wednesday night, September 17, 2025, the left (inside) lanes on northbound and southbound SR 739 will be reopened, and the right (outside) lanes will then be closed. This traffic shift marks the beginning of Phase 2 of the project. During this time, pedestrians should follow the posted detour to access Pondella Road from Pine Island Road. Motorists are advised to exercise caution as crews work on the roadway.
