OKEECHOBEE COUNTY, Fla. – Westbound lane closures on State Road (S.R.) 70 at Northwest 11th Avenue have been extended due to a mechanical issue with construction equipment.

Crews are working to resolve the issue and complete the necessary work as quickly as possible. The lane closures will remain in place until repairs are complete, and the roadway is safe to reopen.

Motorists should expect delays, use caution in the area, and follow posted signs and directions from traffic personnel.
