Public Hearing Scheduled for I-75 PD&E Study in Manatee County
PALMETTO, Fla. – The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) invites you to a public hearing for the I-75 at Moccasin Wallow Road Project Development & Environment (PD&E) Study.
This hearing is being conducted to present the preferred alternative and all analysis to date, as well as to give interested persons an opportunity to express their views. Public outreach is a priority.
The purpose of this project is to improve traffic operations and enhance safety along I-75 from north of I-275 to north of Moccasin Wallow Road, including at the I-75 and Moccasin Wallow Road interchange. This project includes modification of the existing interchange from a traditional diamond interchange to a diverging diamond interchange (DDI) and construction of a braided ramp between I-275 and Moccasin Wallow Road interchanges.
You can participate live online or in-person. The information presented during either format will be the same and all attendees will have opportunity to comment.
