MANATEE COUNTY, Fla. – Contractors for the Florida Department of Transportation will close Greenbrook Boulevard beginning Tuesday, February 10, for approximately 90 days to allow for construction of the south portion of the Greenbrook Boulevard intersection. During this time, Greenbrook Boulevard will be closed to all traffic between S.R. 70 and Skip Jack Loop in both directions. The north side of Greenbrook Boulevard and S.R. 70 will remain open. A full detour route via Lorraine Road will be in place during the closure.

Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead, allow extra travel time, and follow posted detour signage.
