LEE COUNTY, Fla. – Motorists should expect the overhead sign on I-75 northbound for Alico Road (Exit 128) to be replaced over a two-night period. Monday night, February 16th, and Tuesday night, February 17th. This work will occur between the hours of 10 p.m. and 5 a.m.

 Closure Schedule:

  • Monday Night, February 16: Motorists should expect the outside travel lanes and ramp access lane to be closed BEFORE the Alico Road off-ramp.
  • Access to the northbound Alico Road exit, RSW Airport, and the through lane of northbound I-75 WILL REMAIN OPEN.
  • Tuesday Night, February 17: Motorists should expect the inside travel lanes to be closed BEFORE the Alico Road off-ramp.
  • The outside travel lanes and Alico Road off-ramp lanes WILL REMAIN OPEN.

This work is part of ongoing roadway improvements to mill and resurface the existing lanes along I-75 from South of Bonita Beach Road to North of Alico Road. All lanes will be open by the morning rush hour to reduce congestion. Motorists are advised to allow extra travel time and check FL511.com for real-time traffic updates.
