MATLACHA, Fla. – Overnight lane closures will occur from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. on the following dates:

• Friday evening, February 20, through Saturday morning, February 21
• Sunday evening, February 22, through Monday morning, February 23

During these times, paving operations will be conducted on the Little Pine Island Bridge. Flaggers will be present on site to assist with traffic control.

The bridge reconstruction will deliver long-term improvements to the transportation infrastructure serving Pine Island and the surrounding communities. Motorists are asked to continue exercising caution and to reduce speeds while traveling through the work zone.

Please note that construction schedules remain subject to change due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
