Lane Closures Scheduled for Bridge Maintenance on US 98 Over the Kissimmee River
HIGHLANDS COUNTY, Fla. – The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will have a temporary lane closure on eastbound US 98 over the Kissimmee River in Highlands County on Tuesday, March 3 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
During this time, crews will perform bridge deck top maintenance repairs. The operation will require a flagging operation on the eastbound lane, and motorists will be directed through the work zone. Drivers should expect intermittent delays.
Please use caution and watch for workers and equipment in or near the project limits. Travelers in this area may want to allow for additional travel time.
