FDOT Schedules Daytime Lane Closure on S.R. 37

BARTOW, Fla. – The Florida Department of Transportation will continue project work along southbound State Road 37 (North Church Avenue) between Carter Road and the Anglers Green entrance in Mulberry.

To accommodate this work, a daytime lane closure will be in place on southbound S.R. 37 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15. The closure is scheduled during daytime hours to avoid conflicts with previously planned nighttime paving operations for medians and turn lanes.

Motorists traveling along North Church Avenue should expect single-lane closures during daytime hours and are advised to plan for possible delays.

FDOT appreciates the public’s patience as crews continue work to enhance safety and improve the long-term durability of the roadway.
