State Road 64 West Closed Between U.S. 17 and South Florida Avenue

HARDEE COUNTY, Fla. – Motorists are advised that State Road 64 West is currently closed between U.S. 17 and South Florida Avenue due to a vehicle overturn incident.

Traffic is being diverted in the area. Motorists traveling westbound on S.R. 64 should use South Florida Avenue north to Stenstrom Road, continue east to U.S. 17, then travel south to reconnect with S.R. 64.

Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes, follow directions from law enforcement and traffic control personnel, and use caution while traveling through the area.
