About

Following a safety study performed in 2016, temporary changes were made to the median at Carol Drive. This project provides permanent changes, including:

  • adding a permanent northbound left turn lane into Carol Drive and eliminating the southbound U-turn lane
  • constructing a new southbound U-turn lane south of North Florida Avenue
  • resurfacing the roadway
  • improving drainage
  • reconstructing sidewalks to meet ADA requirements
