This project was designed to improve safety and make drainage improvements on US 92 (Memorial Boulevard from east of the Polk Parkway to SR 559 (Berkley Road). As part of the project, crews will add east and westbound left turn lanes at Howard Road, a westbound directional median opening and left turn lane into the Lowe's parking lot, installing new drainage structures and ditch bottom pavement.

Additionally, an unused driveway at the Flea Market and pavement at the access road to the pond between the flea market and the Polk Parkway entrance will be removed, and the shoulders and some roadway ditches will be regraded.
