Project Description:
The Florida Department of Transportation will begin work on safety improvements at the intersection of U.S. 41 (Tamiami Trail) and Crystal Drive. These improvements will enhance traffic flow and reduce crashes at the intersection. Additional project elements include removing the pedestrian islands, replacing the existing signal with new mast arm signals, and creating a northbound right turn lane.
