SR 93 (I-75) From South of Bonita Beach Rd to North of Alico: Milling and resurfacing of existing lanes.
Nighttime milling and resurfacing operations are scheduled over the next several months, Sunday nights through Thursday nights 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
- Daytime activities will include installation of sign bases and conduit installation for ITS items.
- This work will be performed during the daytime from inside the Right of Way away from the travel lanes or behind shoulder closures as needed.
During the week of Sunday, December 8 to Thursday, December 12- Motorists should expect the southbound off-ramp from the Collector distributor (CD) Road to Alico road to be closed during the nighttime/overnight hours for the resurfacing of the ramps and motorists are encouraged to follow posted detours.
Motorists can detour from I-75 southbound to Daniels Parkway and then travel southbound on Ben Hill Griffin Parkway/ Treeline Avenue to Alico Road.
Motorists can also detour from southbound I-75 to Corkscrew Road and then travel northbound on Ben Hill Griffin Parkway/ Treeline Avenue until they reach Alico Road.
During the week of Sunday, December 8 to Thursday, December 12- Motorists should expect the southbound Collector distributor (CD) ramp at Alico Road to be closed. The portion of the ramp between the Alico Road off-ramp and Alico Road on-ramp at I-75 will be closed during the nighttime/overnight hours for the resurfacing of the ramp and motorists are encouraged to follow posted detours.
Motorists can detour from southbound I-75 to Alico Road and then travel south on Three Oaks Parkway until they reach Corkscrew Road and I-75.
During the week of Sunday, December 8 to Thursday, December 12- Motorists should expect the southbound on-ramp from Alico Road to I-75 to be closed during the nighttime/overnight hours for the resurfacing of the ramp and motorists are encouraged to follow posted detours.
Motorists can detour to Ben Hill Griffin Parkway and then travel south until they reach Corkscrew Road to I-75.
The current work schedule is subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
