NOTICE:
Beginning August 7 at 8 p.m., a double‑lane closure will be implemented on the northbound outside lanes and shoulder of the Edison Bridge. The inside travel lane will remain fully open to motorists. The lane closure is expected to reopen on Saturday, August 8 around 12 p.m. (noon). During the lane closures, crews will maintain bridge joints. The closure duration will include sufficient time for the required curing period before lanes are open for traffic.
Drivers are advised to reduce speed and use caution when traveling through the work zone.

U.S. 41 Business over Edison Bridge (#120157 and #120158): Construction project: Beginning Friday, July 31, through September 2026, between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m., motorists should expect intermittent nighttime/overnight northbound and southbound lane closures on the Edison Bridge. Crews will be performing work on bridge joints. Motorists should use caution as they travel through the work zone.
U.S. 41 over the Caloosahatchee Bridge (#120002): Construction project: Beginning Thursday, May 21, through September 2026, between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m., motorists should expect intermittent nighttime/overnight northbound and southbound lane closures on the Caloosahatchee Bridge. Crews will be conducting pile jacket work. Motorists should use caution as they travel through the work zone.
