CLEWISTON, Fla. – The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) invites you to attend a second public information meeting to review the revised design for the U.S. 27 from Industrial Canal to W Sagamore Avenue Design Project in Hendry County, Financial Project Identification (FPID) 447287-1.

The new design reflects public comment provided during the December 2025 meeting. The proposed improvements include resurfacing the roadway, adding select median modifications, and drainage improvements. The project team will be available to answer questions.

Participation is available either in-person or online and materials will be available on the project website. (https://www.swflroads.com/project/447287-1)  The same materials will be provided for every option.

This event will include a viewing of the project video and a live question-and-answer component with the project team.
