This complete streets project is located in Davenport, Florida and includes the following improvements:

• West Market Street will be resurfaced from US 17/92 to South Escambia Avenue.
• West Bay Street will be resurfaced and widened to add on-street parking on the north side of the road between US 17/92 and South Escambia Avenue.
• Wider sidewalks will replace the existing sidewalks on the north side of West Bay Street, west side of South Escambia Avenue and both sides of West Market Street.
• New sidewalk will be added around the water feature island on West Market Street.
• High visibility crosswalks and upgraded pedestrian signals will be added at the US 17/92 and West Bay Street intersection.
• New LED street lights will replace the existing street lights along all three local roads.
• The project also includes drainage improvements and new curb and gutter.
