About
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District One, is resurfacing and improving approximately 4.7 miles of SR 45 (US 41) in Collier County, from south of Dunruss Creek to south of Gulf Park Drive. This Resurfacing, Restoration, and Rehabilitation (RRR) project will extend the life of the roadway, enhance safety, and improve travel conditions for drivers, pedestrians, and cyclists.
Planned improvements include milling and resurfacing of existing pavement, updating roadway drainage, upgrading traffic signals with new mast arms, lighting enhancements, and updating signing and pavement markings.
Public Involvement
As part of the US 41 (SR 45) Resurfacing Project in Collier County, FDOT is proposing median modifications at three locations within the project limits:
US 41 and Gulf Park Drive
US 41 and Ridge Drive
US 41 just south of Banyan Road
Because these changes affect how traffic enters and exits US 41, FDOT is inviting the community to learn more and provide feedback at two upcoming public meetings:
