449100-1 US 41 (SR 45) FROM W OF WEST VILLAGES PKWY TO W OF WOODMERE RD

The Florida Department of Transportation will commence milling, resurfacing, shoulder treatment, lighting, signalization and pavement improvements on US 41 from west of West Villages Parkway to west of Woodmere Road in mid-2025. 

This project is one section of a three-part project that begins in late August, with the potential for crews working on all three projects throughout the construction zones.

This project limits on this section cover approximately 5 miles and the estimated project cost is $8.1 million.  

This project is part of a three-part construction project.

Project improvements for this section of the three-part project:

• Milling and resurfacing
• Signage and pavement markings
• Shoulder treatments
•  Installation of vehicle detection systems

Project schedule for this section of the three-part project:

• Construction begins in August 2025; estimated completion in mid- to late-2026
• Motorists can expect temporary daytime and nighttime lane closures
