454030-1 SR 33 (Commonwealth Avenue) at Mount Olive Road

To improve safety and traffic flow, the FDOT will add a new traffic signal at the intersection of SR 33 (Commonwealth Avenue) and Mount Olive Road. In addition to the new traffic signal, the project includes pedestrian signals, high visibility crosswalks, sidewalk and lighting around the intersection.

During construction, motorists should expect nighttime/overnight lane closures. 

The project is one of three combined into one contract to add signals at three separate intersections throughout FDOT District 1.
