- During eastbound off-ramp lane closures, motorists headed north on US 98 will be detoured south on US 98 to Griffin Road to Pyramid Parkway to head north. Currently scheduled for Monday night, October 6 and Tuesday night, October 7.
- During westbound off-ramp lane closures, motorists heading southbound will be detoured north on US 98 to make a U-turn at Crevasse Street to head south. Use caution and follow posted detours. Currently scheduled for Wednesday night, October 8 and Thursday night, October 9.
- Daytime crews will be working behind barrier wall grading for concrete curb and sidewalks. Watch for trucks entering and exiting the work zone.
- Lighting crews are installing light pole bases with possible lane closures north of I-4 during the day. Use caution and be prepared to merge.
- Pedestrians should follow the sidewalk detours and temporary crosswalks to safely travel throughout the project.

This week workers will continue installing new water mains along the east side of Lakeland Hills Boulevard and new drainage along Julius. T. Horney.
- East Bella Vista Street, east of Lakeland Hills Boulevard, will be closed at the intersection. Motorists will be detoured at East Crawford Street to Gilmore Avenue back to East Bella Vista Street through Friday, October 10, 2025.
- Julius T. Horney will be closed between Lakeland Hills Boulevard and Gilmore Avenue through late September. The closure is necessary to install new storm drainpipe and structures along the south side of Julius T. Horney. Follow posted detour signs to navigate around the closure
- Gilmore Avenue remains closed from Parkview Place to Julius T Horney Drive through late September. The closure is necessary as crews install new water pipe, sanitary pipe, and storm drains along Gilmore Avenue. Follow posted detour signs to navigate around the closure.
- Lakeland Hills Boulevard will be reduced to one lane with flaggers directing traffic at night/overnight while crews continue installing drainage beneath Lakeland Hills Boulevard. Use caution and be prepared to stop.
- Watch for side street closures along the east side of Lakeland Hills Boulevard as crews work to install new storm drains and water lines. Any side street closures will utilize the adjacent side streets to route traffic east towards Gilmore Avenue to the respective closed street.
- Traffic will remain in one lane in each direction for most of the duration of construction. Use caution, be prepared to merge or stop, and plan for delays.
- The speed limit has been reduced to 35 mph during construction.

Expect nighttime/overnight lane closures for striping from 7:30 p.m. to 6 a.m., between CR 555 (Agricola Road) to North Broadway Avenue and from Flamingo Drive to C Wilson Ranch Road. Use caution and be prepared to merge.

SR 70 from Lorraine Road to Bourneside Boulevard, Bradenton: Construction project: This project includes widening SR 70 from Lorraine Road to Bourneside Boulevard from a two-lane undivided roadway to a four-lane or six-lane divided roadway, depending on the location, construction of roundabouts on SR 70 at Uihlein Road, Del Webb Boulevard, and Bourneside Boulevard, intersection improvements at the existing signalized intersection of Greenbrook Boulevard and Lorraine Road, construction of four bridges over two Braden River crossing locations, new drainage system, construction of 10-foot shared use paths, street lighting, and landscaping, and installation of new fiber optic cable connecting the two signalized intersections to Manatee County’s regional Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS).
This week’s work will consist of:
- Crews will grade base between Arbor Green Trail and Greenbrook Boulevard.
· Excavation of the pond on the north side of SR 70 West of Uihlein Road.
- Embankment hauling and grading will occur between Bourneside Boulevard and Polo Run on the north side of SR 70. Trucks will be crossing current SR 70 travel lanes. Please be aware of flaggers stopping traffic for this crossing.
- Setting auger cast piles east of Bourneside Boulevard on the south side of SR 70.
- Driving bridge pile for the western most westbound bridge.
- Crews will grade stabilization between Bourneside Boulevard and Polo Run on the north side of SR 70.
- Installing drainage on the north side of SR 70 between Bourneside Boulevard and Polo Run
Please use caution and watch for trucks and construction vehicles entering or exiting the work zone throughout the construction limits. Work will occur Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please use caution and be aware of workers and flaggers in the area.
Uihlein Road is closed to construct the north portion of the Uihlein Road roundabout. During this time no traffic will be permitted on Uihlein Road between SR 70 and Sapphire Point Drive in either direction. A complete detour and message boards are provided for the detour.

SR 55 (US 19) and SR 684; from 23rd Avenue W. to 39th Street E., from Terra Ceia Road to I-275 and at Royal Palm Drive, Manatee: Construction project: These projects include making improvements along State Road 55 (US 19) from 23rd Avenue W to 39th Street E, SR 55 (US 19) from Terra Ceia Rd to I-275 (NB Ramp) and along SR 684 at Royal Palm Drive in Manatee County. Improvements will involve milling and resurfacing SR 55 from 23rd Ave W to 39th St E, implementing safety improvements, guardrail replacements, sidewalk repair, lighting updates, pedestrian signal replacements, and median modifications.
- Crews will be removing and replacing sidewalk between 17th Avenue W. and Manatee Avenue E. This will require outside lane closures, and sidewalk detours along SR 55 (US 301) (US 41).
- Work will take place overnight, Sunday through Thursday, from 8 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
- Motorists should anticipate outside or inside lane closures on SR 55 (US 301) (US 41) alternating between southbound and northbound directions. Please use caution and watch for construction vehicles entering and exiting the work zone.
- SR 684 (Cortez Road) between 103rd Street Court W. and 99th Street W. – Daily sidewalk closures for the next two weeks to facilitate directional bores. This work will be performed during the daytime, starting Monday, October 6, 2025, and will continue throughout the week. No lane closures required; however, we will need to detour pedestrian traffic.
The estimated completion date for construction is Spring 2027.

SR 70 from Bourneside Boulevard to Waterbury Road, Bradenton: Construction project: This project includes widening SR 70 from Bourneside Boulevard to Waterbury Road from a two-lane undivided roadway to a four-lane divided roadway, Safety features will include roundabouts to be constructed at 197th Street East/Lindrick Lane, 213th Street East, 225th Street East/Panther Ridge Trail and County Road 675/Waterbury Road. The project will also include the installation of a new drainage system, new curb and gutter, construction of 10-foot shared-use paths and 5-foot paved shoulders on both sides of the roadway, street lighting throughout the project and landscaping inside the roundabouts.
This week’s work will consist of:
· Grade for the future shared-use path and roadway on the south side of SR 70 between 213th Street 213th Street and Meadow Dove Lane.
· Future eastbound construction will continue with stabilized subgrade and base construction between 213th Street and Meadow Dove Lane, on the south side of SR 70.
· Utility relocation work will occur on the North side of SR 70 on the shoulder.
· Installation of concrete foundations and pull boxes for future lighting on the south side of SR 70 at Meadow Dove Lane.
· Construction of a box culvert between Lindrick Lane and 213th Street in existing SR 70 lanes at the location where traffic was diverted.
· Clearing on the North side of SR 70 for future shared use path at 197th Street.
· Night work will occur to install drainage on the north side of SR 70 at 197th Street. Flaggers will be used to slow down traffic and shift lanes during this work. Use caution when traversing the area and be aware of flaggers controlling the intersection.
213th Street will be closed starting on October 6th, 2025 to construct the South portion of the 213th Street Road roundabout. During this time no traffic will be permitted to enter or exit 213th via SR 70. A complete detour and message boards will be provided.

I-75 at SR 951 (exit 101) Interchange Improvements: FDOT is reconstructing the I-75 southbound on- and off-ramp connections and the northbound on-ramp connection to the mainline lanes at SR 951 (exit 101). The northeast quadrant loop ramp will be connected to, and accessible only by, a direct flyover ramp from northbound Collier Boulevard starting south of the Davis Boulevard intersection. This single-lane flyover ramp will carry traffic over Beck Boulevard and a reconstructed I-75 southbound on-ramp. A single-lane flyover ramp extension will carry I-75 southbound traffic over Davis Boulevard to a new signalized intersection at Collier Boulevard and Business Circle North. This ramp will extend along the western side of Collier Boulevard.
The following activities are subject to change based on weather conditions and unforeseen underground conditions.
Motorists should expect intermittent lane closures for southbound and northbound CR 951/Collier Boulevard during nighttime/overnight hours for crews to move equipment, deliver materials, and construct the overhead bridge work.
Motorists should expect both northbound and southbound CR 951/Collier Boulevard travel lanes to shift from Business Circle South to I-75 to create work zones for crews to construct the elevated roadway.
Motorists should expect the outside right turn lane from southbound SR 951 to westbound SR 84/Davis Boulevard closed. Drivers can continue to turn right from the remaining open turn lane. This closure is needed for crews to begin work for the bridge foundation installation and will remain in place through job completion.
Pedestrians should expect a sidewalk closure along SR 84 (Davis Boulevard) just west of SR 951 (Collier Boulevard) and along SR 951 (Collier Boulevard) between SR 84 (Davis Boulevard) and Business Circle North. Pedestrians may use SR 84 (Davis Boulevard) to Market Street to Business Circle South to access SR 951 (Collier Boulevard).
Motorists are advised that the SR 84 (Davis Boulevard) eastbound direct access ramp heading south to SR 951 (Collier Boulevard) is permanently closed. The eastbound to southbound right turn will be available at the intersection.
Motorists should expect reduced lane widths for southbound Collier Boulevard between Business Circle North and Business Circle South.

I-75 at Pine Ridge Road (exit 107) Interchange Improvements: FDOT is reconstructing the I-75 at Pine Ridge Road interchange. The interchange improvements include reconstruction of the Pine Ridge Road Interchange converting to a Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI) design, reconstruction of the interchange on and off ramps, construction of pedestrian and bicycle accommodations through the interchange, installation of new signals at the ramps, and resurfacing of Pine Ridge Road through the project area.
The following activities are subject to change based on weather conditions and unforeseen underground conditions.
During nighttime/overnight hours of 8 p.m. on Wednesday, October 8 to 6 a.m. on Thursday, October 9, motorists should expect the northbound I-75 on-ramp closed for crews to complete drainage installations. During the closure, motorists should use Livingston Road or Santa Barbara Boulevard/Logan Boulevard to access northbound I-75 from Golden Gate Parkway (exit 105) or Immokalee Road (exit 111). Please use extra caution and follow detour signage or seek alternate routes.
From Wednesday, October 1 through early Saturday, October 4, during nighttime/overnight hours, motorists should anticipate lane closures on the southbound I-75 on-ramp and northbound I-75 off-ramp and the northbound I-75 on-ramp for paving operations.
During the nighttime/overnight hours of 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., motorists should anticipate lane closures on Pine Ridge Road. Please use extra caution when driving through this area and expect delays.
Please note that the westbound lanes of Pine Ridge Road have shifted one lane to the south, and traffic on the southbound off-ramp has shifted one lane to the east.
Crews will be working on drainage installation, roadway work, pond excavation and underground utilities.

SR 29 and SR 90 (US 41) Resurfacing and Road Improvements: FDOT is resurfacing SR 29 from north of Wagon Wheel Road to south of I-75, and SR 90 (US 41) from south of Southwest Boulevard to north of Thomasson Drive in Collier County. Improvements to both SR 29 and US 41 include milling and resurfacing, shoulder improvements and new signing and pavement markings. Additional improvements to US 41 include reconstruction of concrete sidewalks, replacement of curbs and installation of pedestrian curb ramps, and replacement of traffic signal detection loops.
The following activities are subject to change based on weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.
Motorists should anticipate lane closures throughout the duration of construction.
Work on US 41:
Crews will be working on milling, paving and striping during nighttime/overnight hours with lane closures anticipated from 8 p.m. to 7 a.m. Flaggers will be on site to assist motorists.
Work on SR 29:
Crews will be working on mowing, litter removal and sod installation.
Crews are working close to the roadway. Please exercise caution in the work zone, obey the posted speed limits, and anticipate delays. The expected completion date is early 2026.

Sanibel Causeway Emergency Restoration:
The following work activities above are scheduled to occur, however unforeseen underground conditions and weather may affect this schedule.
The contractor continues installing signage and lighting east of the toll plaza. Motorists should expect periodic shoulder closures to perform this work.
The Punta Rassa Boat Ramp is now open to the public with limited amenities, including the ramp, partial docks, parking and restrooms. Lighting installation and landscaping continues at the toll plaza. Crews must utilize the Punta Rassa parking area, reducing the number of boat parking spaces. Please use caution as construction vehicles and crews are present.
All users are urged to be courteous and pay attention as bicyclists share the road on the Causeway and vehicles are entering and existing at public beach access points of the Causeway Islands Park. Pedestrians are not permitted on the causeway. Visitors may check www.leegov.com/parks for updates on amenities.

This project is currently scheduled to begin Monday, October 13, with crews installing construction signs and erosion control devices. Milling and resurfacing is currently scheduled to begin Sunday night, October 19, from 6:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. and continue nightly through Thursday night, October 23.
The contract to resurface US 98 from north of SR 60 to north of CR 540A includes both the resurfacing and new signal at Lyle Parkway. SR 70 from Peace River to Southeast Baker Street: Construction project: Crews will reconstruct approximately 3.4 miles of SR 70 within the City of Arcadia. The project includes the installation of new drainage facilities, relocation and addition of sanitary and water and utilities, upgrading traffic signals, reconstructing sidewalks, and installing street lighting in various locations. During construction, lane closures will occur on SR 70. Temporary pedestrian pathways are in place while sidewalks are under construction. Detours will be implemented while crews work on side roads. Please follow posted signage and use caution in the area.
· Eastbound SR 70 traffic is currently using the right lane from the Peace River to Baldwin Avenue. Between Baldwin Avenue and Dade Avenue, traffic shifts to the left lane, then back to the right lane past Dade Avenue. Traffic continues in the right lane until Roger Avenue, where it shifts back to the north lane. No lane restrictions are in place past Baker Street.
· Westbound SR 70 traffic remains in the right lane from 10th Ave. to Manatee Ave. Between Manatee and Wilson Ave, Westbound traffic is shifted onto the newly constructed left lane. No lane restrictions are in place past the Peace River.
· New Traffic Pattern: WB SR 70 traffic has switched onto the newly constructed side of the roadway between Manatee and Wilson Ave. Please use additional caution when driving through the area and while navigating the new traffic pattern.
- From Friday, October 10th , through Sunday, October 12th, the following detours will be implemented periodically throughout the weekend:
- Westbound SR 70 truck traffic turning onto southbound US 17 will be detoured to northbound US 17, where they can turn onto southbound US 17 via an access road approximately 1 mile north of westbound SR 70.
- Eastbound SR 70 Truck traffic turning onto southbound US 17 will be detoured to westbound SR 70 via northbound US 17, where they can then turn onto southbound US 17.
- Truck traffic is urged to utilize caution while driving in the area and follow all posted signs while the detours are in effect. Only one detour will be in effect at any given time

SR 15/US 441 from NW 36th St to NE 120th St: Construction project: Crews are performing milling and resurfacing operations during daytime hours from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Curb ramp replacements, sidewalk installation, and curb and gutter work will also take place at various locations from NW 36th Street to NW 3rd Street during daytime hours, with no lane closures required
- Daytime: Northbound and southbound single-lane closures will occur as needed between NW 36th Street and NE 120th Street, with traffic reduced to one lane. Lanes in both directions will not be closed at the same time.
- Nighttime (7:30 p.m. to 6 a.m.) will include lane closures from NW 3rd St to NW 36th St to perform signal work, milling, and resurfacing.
- Motorists should be aware of changing traffic patterns, heavy equipment, and workers present in the construction zone.
- Use caution when traveling through the area and obey posted signage and flagging operations.

SR 25 (US 27) from Stitt Ranch to west of Flaghole Road: Construction project: Crews will begin milling and resurfacing work on SR 25 (US 27) from Stitt Ranch to west of Flaghole Road in Hendry County. The project includes guardrail improvements, drainage enhancements, updated signage, and new pavement markings.
- Motorists should anticipate single-lane closures in both eastbound and westbound directions, as well as shoulder lane closures along the median, for the installation of erosion control devices, drainage improvements, removal and replacement of guardrail, placement of miscellaneous asphalt pavement, and milling and resurfacing of the mainline.
- Drivers should use caution in the area and watch for workers and equipment in the construction zone

SR 78 over Fisheating Creek Bridge and Herbert Hoover Bridge: Construction project: Crews began bridge repair and rehabilitation work on SR 78 at the Fisheating Creek Bridge and Herbert Hoover Bridge.
- Intermittent single-lane closures on SR 78 northbound and southbound will occur throughout the project limits for the crews to perform bridge repair.
- Shoulder closure on the right shoulder for northbound traffic on SR 78 just south of Lakeport.
- Motorists are advised to use caution in the construction zone and watch for workers, equipment, and signage.

US 27 (SR 25) at SR 78 Intersection: Construction project: Crews will be reconstructing the intersection with concrete pavement. Other improvements include milling, resurfacing, drainage, guardrail, signing, and pavement markings. Please use caution in the area and watch for workers, traffic signage, detours, and equipment throughout the project.
- SR 78 is closed between US 27 for roadway reconstruction, with the closure in effect through September 2, 2025. Both eastbound and westbound turn lanes from US 27 to SR 78 are also closed during this time. Traffic traveling to and from SR 78 should follow posted signage and use Industrial Drive as a detour route.
- A traffic switch is scheduled for the night of October 5, 2025. Traffic on SR 78 will use the newly built detour along the south side of the roadway. The detour along Industrial Drive will be closed, including the entrance from SR 78. Access to businesses on Industrial Drive will be available only via the entrance from northbound US 27
- US 27 lane impacts: Motorists should be aware that intermittent lane closures on US 27 may occur during the traffic switch.

US 41 from West of Lychee Road to South of East Bay Street: Construction project: Crews are milling and resurfacing US 41 from west of Lychee Road to south of East Bay Street in Sarasota County. In addition to resurfacing, crews will perform shoulder treatment and apply new signing and pavement markings. The project limits cover approximately 3.1 miles.
· Motorists can expect temporary nighttime lane closures throughout the project.
On US 41 northbound, the outside lane will be closed from 6:30 p.m. on September 29 through 7 a.m. on September 30 from Market Way to approximately 500 feet south of Market Way.
On US 41 southbound, the outside lane will be closed from 6:30 p.m. on September 29 through 7 a.m. on September 30 from Market Way to approximately 500 feet south of Market Way.
On US 41 northbound, the inside lane will be closed from 6:30 p.m. on September 30 through 7 a.m. on October 1 from Market Way to approximately 500 feet south of Market Way.
On US 41 northbound, the outside lane and turn lanes will be closed from 6:30 p.m. on October 1 through 7 a.m. on October 11 from Preto Boulevard to Woodmere Road. Closures will take place Monday through Friday only.
- Motorists can expect crews to be intermittently working in and around the project limits during the day.

US 301 from Desoto Road to University Parkway: Construction project: Crews are milling and resurfacing US 301 from Desoto Road to University Parkway in Sarasota County. In addition to resurfacing, crews will perform shoulder treatment and apply new signing and pavement markings. The project limits cover approximately .5 miles.
- Motorists should expect temporary nighttime lane closures within the project limits.
- Motorists can expect crews to be intermittently working in and around the project limits during the day.

SR 64 from Pear Street to S Barlow Road: Construction project: The State Road 64 improvement project in Hardee County includes milling and resurfacing existing pavement, reconstructing worn sections of roadway, improving drainage systems, replacing and installing guardrails, updating signage and pavement markings, and enhancing driveway turnouts for safer access. Please use caution in the area and watch for workers, traffic signage, detours and equipment throughout the project.
- Intermittent shoulder and single-lane closures on SR 64 eastbound and westbound will occur throughout the project limits for driveway turnout construction.
- Crews installed temporary signal devices and Driveway Assistance Devices (DADs) on SR 64 to facilitate lane closures during the complete reconstruction of a superelevated curve near Griffin Road. During this operation, the roadway will be reduced to one-way traffic, with movements controlled by the temporary signal devices so that only one lane proceeds at a time. This operation is expected to continue for approximately three months, weather permitting. Motorists should use caution, watch for workers and equipment, and follow posted signage.
- Please be advised that the posted speed limit has been reduced to 45 MPH throughout the project limits.

I-275 (SR 93) from I-75 to Terra Ceia River: Construction project: Crews are milling, resurfacing and installing pavement markings on 2.2 miles of roadway on I-275 (SR 93) from I-75 to Terra Ceia River. The project improvements include milling and resurfacing, shoulder and ramp work, overbuild for cross slope correction, guardrail and signing and pavement markings.
- .Motorists can expect single-lane closures on I-275 overnight throughout construction.
- From October 5 through October 23, motorists can expect outside lane closures on westbound I-275 to remove and replace guardrails during the hours of 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
- Motorists can expect temporary on- and off-ramp closures at the intersection of US 41 and I-275 with overnight detours. Only one ramp will be closed at a time.
- Motorists may wish to use alternate routes if traveling in the area from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m.

Additionally, milling and resurfacing work is ongoing on US 27 from Shoreline Drive to Davis and Gaines Road.
- Caution: New Traffic Pattern. Traffic has been shifted into Phase III to reopen the southbound lanes. Motorists should expect daytime and nighttime lane closures on both northbound and southbound lanes throughout the project limits.

SR 15/US 441 from Martin County Line to SE 30th Terrace: Construction project: will begin resurfacing work on SR 15 (US 98) from SE 30th Terrace to the Martin County line. The project includes pavement resurfacing, grinding, new pavement markings, and shoulder treatment.
- Northbound and southbound lane closures will take place from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., with traffic reduced to one lane as needed. Northbound and southbound lanes will not be closed simultaneously.
- Beginning Monday, September 29, 2025, milling and asphalt operations will be in place along the project corridor.
- Motorists should be aware of changing traffic patterns, heavy equipment, and workers present in the construction zone.
- Use caution when traveling through the area and obey posted signage and flagging operations. The estimated remaining duration of activities is 4 weeks.

SR 66 from US 17 (SR 35) to Charlie Creek: Construction project: Crews will mill and resurface SR 66 from US 17 to Charlie Creek. Improvements will include milling and resurfacing. Motorists expect a detour for phase I reconstruction at Merle Langford Road when the westbound lane of SR 66 is closed for construction. Eastbound SR 66 will remain open throughout. Other improvements consist of sidewalk construction, drainage structures, guardrails, curb and gutter, new pavement markings and other safety improvements. Please use caution in the area and watch for workers, traffic signage, detours and equipment throughout the project.
- The detour will remain in place throughout the duration of the project. Westbound SR 66 was closed from Merle Langford Road to US 17, with traffic detoured via Steve Roberts Special and SR 64. Eastbound SR 66 remained open.
- Phase II reconstruction work began on June 24, 2025. Westbound SR 66 remains closed, with the same detour route in effect. This phase supports additional resurfacing and safety improvements. Portable message signs and barricades are in place. Temporary pedestrian routes are provided where sidewalks are closed.
- Motorists should anticipate longer delays in queues, follow posted signs, follow the speed limit, and consider alternative routes.

US 98 (State Road 700) from East of Floral Drive to East of County Road 621: Construction project: Crews have begun milling, resurfacing, and widening the roadway. The project also includes drainage enhancements, guardrail upgrades, and updated signage.
- Shoulder closures and lane closures will be in place on both northbound and southbound US 98 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- US 98 will be reduced to one lane with flagging operations to allow for construction activities. Three-mile closures will resume next week to accommodate paving operations.
- Motorists should use caution in the area and watch for workers and equipment in the construction.

Clark Road (SR 72) from Honore Avenue to West of Gantt Road: Construction project: The Florida Department of Transportation is milling, resurfacing, installing curb, gutter, drainage and pavement markings on less than one-half mile on Clark Road (SR 72) from Honore Avenue to west of Gantt Road in Sarasota County.
- Motorists can expect intermittent single- and dual-lane closures overnight throughout the project.
- Please watch for signs, barricades and workers close to the travel lanes and obey posted speed limits in the construction zone.
- The first two eastbound Palmer Crossing Mall entrances off Clark Road at will have a temporary road closure through late fall. Patrons can access the businesses via the third entrance to the mall off Clark Road at Applebee's and two entrances off Honore.
- The project’s estimated completion is in mid-2026.

SR 777 River Road from I-75 to US 41: Construction project: Road embankment installation continues on the northbound roadway from Aucilla Drive to US 41. As embankment is completed, drainage installations, subgrade mixing, curb placement, and roadway grading will continue. Sod installation, signal, ITS, and lighting work are ongoing. Trucks will be crossing the road at various locations using intermittent flagging operations. Pothole maintenance will continue as necessary on all current travel ways through the project.

SR 64 from 10th Street East to Braden River: Construction project: Crews are working on milling and resurfacing, adding drainage improvements, replacing guardrails, new pedestrian signals, temporary and permanent electrical improvements, pavement reconstruction, sidewalks and curb and ramp reconstruction, signing and pavement markings, signalization, and lighting.
- Pedestrians can expect detours throughout the project and are encouraged to use caution.
- Motorists can expect lane closures overnight, starting after 7:30 p.m. for milling and resurfacing.
- Project completion is anticipated for late fall of 2025, weather permitting.

US 301 from 25th Court East to 13th Avenue East: Construction project: Crews are in the final stages of a 7.6-mile improvement project consisting of milling and resurfacing the roadway, widening in areas, base work, curb and gutter, sidewalk, guardrail, drainage improvements, bridge expansion joints, signalization, and pavement marking.
- Motorists can expect daytime shoulder closures along US 301 for shoulder construction at intersections between 25th Court East and 13th Avenue East.
- Motorists can expect intermittent nighttime shoulder widening at various intersections Sunday through Thursday for the next few weeks.
- Motorists can expect nighttime paving with flagging operations to resume at various intersections throughout the project.
